I was welcomed in a much appreciated friendly manner at 2am upon my arrival. I loved having a nice big double bed after coming from staying a hostel, and it was just great having a room to myself. Everything was spotless, the linens and towels were very clean, the storage was great and the bathroom also. I had everything I needed for my stay. The breakfast was a treat in the morning, I thoroughly enjoyed my eggs and coffee - especially with the oat milk on hand.

The staff are very kind and helpful both those working at the front desk and the ones in the breakfast room, as well as the others. Some of their members are even friendly, such as the lady at the front desk who showed me on the map how to get to the museums. The room, though a bit small, was comfortable, especially the bed, the toughness of its mattress being the adequate for a good rest. The room maids performed a very good job. The breakfast was good and abundant, albeit I missed some dried dates and plumps in the buffet. There is no music at breakfast time. That allows one to have that meal peacefully in a pleasant atmosphere, with no disturbing noise.

This hotel is very well placed for train travel, and to see the main sights of Augsburg. The room was a reasonable size and comfortable, I slept pretty well. The breakfast (for an additional charge) was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Augsburg who needs to be near the main train station.

LOCATION, but NO loiterers...Close to tram, buses...Elevator was easy to use, just press...McDonald's, REWE, Müller, C & A and the DM are close by. Walking distance to the bus transfer lines and the Netto. I also loved that the room cleaning was fast, and efficient.

Very accomodating staff, rooms are very clean, bed ist comfortable, good free wifi, excellent location next to train station and next to Königsplatz with a lot of bus and tram connections, a short walking distance to the city center. Very quiet.

Breakfast was superb. By paying 13 euro we had huge breakfast. Really enjoyed it. Room: Although it was littlebit small for two person but manageable. But paying lower price the room was really good. One most important thing about the room service that satisfy us is that the hotel staff used to clean the room everyday which is really really appreciating. we cannot imagine this. Bathroom: Good enough with exhaust. Toilet paper was there. Liquid soap also. Location: Very near (maximum 300 mt) to the Augsburg hbf. No need of public transport. I will recommend everybody to stay in this property. Instead of paying high hotel price in Munich, better you stay in Augsburg. It is only 40 min away from Munich. If you want to see the Bavaria region of Germany you better stay in Augsburg rather than Munich to save your money. From Augsburg also you have the connection to Fussen (for Neuschweinstein castle) and Garmisch (for Zugspitze).

Excellent location , just a 2 minute walk from the main rail station , and the city centre less than a 5 minute walk away . The staff were very polite and helpful . The room was spacious and comfortable .

Excellent location, both near the main train station and the Königsplatz, a major central traffic hub. The McD at the station has open until 1am, there are numerous restaurants and bakeries nearby. The rooms are clean, there is a 24h friendly front desk.
